Luminia acquires 218 MW Northeast portfolio

Luminia, a community solar financing and technology platform, has agreed to acquire developer New Hampshire Solar Garden and its 218 MW portfolio in the Northeast.

New Hampshire Solar Garden founder Andrew Kellar has joined Luminia is the company’s vice president of development. He will lead Luminia’s internal origination strategy, both directly and in partnership with co-development partners and off-takers.

New Hampshire Solar Garden actively serves Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. In addition to New Hampshire Solar Garden’s Northeast pipeline, Kellar is also bringing over 140 MWs of development projects in Puerto Rico.

Luminia provides financing and artificial intelligence-driven commercial real estate portfolio analysis to property owners, solar developers, and portfolio managers.
